What we use it for

To work out a ballpark price for your job, to contact you about it, and, if you ask us to, to get quotes from local trades. We use your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry as the lawful bases.

Who we share it with

If you ask for quotes, we share the job details and photos with a small number of local trades. We don’t give them your phone number or email unless you agree. We use trusted suppliers to run the service: hosting, call handling and transcription (ElevenLabs), and text messages (Twilio). We never sell your details.

How long we keep it
